Earn the right to squat and leave.
I’d rather spend 45 minutes rolling, stretching, moving and having a GREAT squat workout and leave then spend no time warming up, having a crappy squat workout and doing 5 assistance exercises.
So much wrong with this. Injuring your own shoulders with this stupid swing is fine, but for the risk to the development of her child, she should be locked up.
